We are extremely lucky and excited to be participating in the program. This is the first of our official Techstars updates and the primary reporting channel through which we’ll communicate product features, company news, and ideas throughout the duration of the program. Throughout the course of our onboarding, we’ve been blown away by the quality of the team and programming.
This 20th and final Boulder cohort will conclude with a Demo Day at the Boulder theater on June 6th. We can't wait to see you there!
Last week, we finished up 50 mentor 1:1s covering high-level strategy, Go-to-Market tactics, AI tooling, and the existing state of B2B SaaS. As I synthesize these conversations, I am reminded of the classic Sun Tzu quote:
“Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.”
The working plan is to enter the time-tracking market as a hyper-verticalized SaaS product in financial advisory while continuing to build out the core of the cross-vertical time-tracking algorithm. Additionally, we’ll be featuring TimeSentry on existing platforms with a robust suite of plugins to existing platforms. Then we'll blast across verticals to enable qualitative productivity insights. We reserve the right to dynamically adjust this plan to find the shortest path to exponential growth :)
